City Recognized For Performance Management Successes

Centralia is one of only 20 jurisdictions in the nation and one of only 2 municipalities in the State of Illinois to receive such an honor.

Another Award Winning Budget
(that cost the taxpayers $200 for the Application and over $5,000 to print copies)
Now where is the logic in that, except for resume' use for the City Manager and votes for the Mator and Council ?
Just thought you ought to know, after all....you paid for it.
